May 26, 2011: Greenphire increases presence among research universities as University of Southern California’s Health Research Association adopts ClinCard system
The Health Research Association, an affiliate of the University of Southern California, recently chose to implement the ClinCard system across their clinical trial operations. The HRA serves as the central clinical trials office for the University of Southern California and the Los Angeles County Health Science Campus, serving over 500 patients annually at six major healthcare institutions in Los Angeles. Before adopting the ClinCard, the Health Research Association had considered prepaid debit card solutions, but ultimately found the increased administrative costs demanded of site coordinators to exceed the benefits of a debit card system. The ClinCard was identified as an optimal solution to both increase trial patient satisfaction and streamline coordinator involvement in subject payment and communications.
