“Before implementing the ClinCard System, we wrote individual checks to patients. The process of patient stipends was just way too cumbersome; I thought ‘there must be a better system out there that works with my existing software.’ There was, thanks to Greenphire.
Our site usually pays patients for each visit. With checks, it was such an expense, not to mention a hassle for us and our patients. Now it is completely streamlined. As our coordinators complete the visit, they simply click a button in the web portal to issue the stipend! It saves us tons of time and money, and also allows the patient to have their stipend at their disposal before they even walk out the door. It is all nice and neat, so I have fewer headaches and so does my accountant.
The user support during our implementation was invaluable.
