Effectively Engaging Subjects Outside of the Research Site
The Subject Messaging System automates the execution of study-specific Subject Messaging Programs to deliver messages to subjects globally. Subject Messaging Programs are individually designed for each study in order to accommodate details associated with therapeutic area, trial design, and the specific methods of subject communication most suitable to accomplishing the study's goals. Communications commonly included in a Subject Messaging Program include:
1) Appointment reminders
2) Protocol compliance messaging
3) Long-term follow up messaging
4) Study conduct reminders
5) Educational messaging
Subject Messaging Programs are available on an opt-in basis and may be executed through a combination of text, email, and/or automated voice messaging. Subject Messaging Programs may be managed through a site-controlled web portal or may be integrated with other clinical computer systems directly through Greenphire’s API.
