Streamline site, investigator, and vendor payment delivery

The eClinicalGPS facilitates accurate payment calculation and execution from sponsors to all investigators, sites, and vendors involved in a clinical trial. Using automated, web-based processes, the eClinicalGPS dramatically reduces the time needed to deliver site payments, resulting in less burdensome site outlays. Triggered payments are loaded into an easily accessible approval and payment portal where sponsor or CRO representatives receive automatic notification to review, approve, or adjust pending payments in a single click.

Achieve global payment functionality

The eClinicalGPS is operational worldwide and supports payments in local currency in 209 countries. All worldwide payments are delivered seamlessly through a single web-based portal.

Centralize tracking, auditing, reporting, and Sunshine Act compliance

The eClinicalGPS provides comprehensive reports arranged by study, site, investigator, vendor, or other client-specific parameters. The eClinicalGPS also enables automated accrual reporting, projection reporting, and comparative analysis reporting against budgeted financial data. Centralized tracking of global payments streamlines reporting for increasingly stringent regulation such as the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.

Reduce costs

Greenphire's validation engine analyzes clinical data and triggers payments based on a variety of configurable contract terms, such as milestones, procedures, visits, eCRFs, or manual invoices. Automation of these processes reduces administrative costs and outsourcing expense associated with payments by between 25% and 75%.

Integrate with established clinical technology platforms

The eClinicalGPS can be integrated through Greenphire's API with any other clinical computer system (CTMS, EDC, ePRO, IVRS) in order to further streamline operational processes at the site level. Greenphire has recently partnered with Merge Healthcare to provide the eClinicalGPS' payment capabilities through Merge's EDC platform.
