In 1993 Neil co-founded ClinPhone, recognizing the opportunity to improve the clinical trials process through the implementation of telephone and web-based solutions. With over 20 years' experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, Neil brings to Greenphire a wealth of expertise in key markets for the company's suite of products.
Neil qualified in medicine in 1986 and trained as a hospital physician before moving into the pharmaceutical industry to work on medicine development for Boots Pharmaceuticals, prior to founding ClinPhone.
Patrick Hughes - Director

Patrick brings over 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry to Greenphire. Most recently, Patrick was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at ClinPhone where he was responsible for designing and executing ClinPhone's global marketing strategy. Patrick currently works with several early stage technology companies in the clinical trials space consulting on sales and marketing strategy.

David Reuter is a Partner with LLR Partners, a leading private equity firm based in Philadelphia. David joined LLR in 1999 and has 11 years of private equity and accounting experience. David specializes in investments in the Financial Services, Information Technology and Outsourced Business Services industries. David earned a BS from Lehigh University and is a CPA in Pennsylvania.

Jennifer is a Vice President of Business Development for Transperfect, a global communication services company. As a Business Development professional with Transperfect, Jennifer focuses on providing communication solutions and cross border strategies to CROs, sponsors, recruiting firms and clinical trials technology providers. Jennifer earned a BS and an MS from Pace University.

Jerry is a Founder and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital, where he is directly responsible for investments in infrastructure. Prior to founding FirstMark Capital, Jerry was a Senior Managing Director of Pequot Ventures. He has also served as Chairman, President, and CEO of GE Capital Information Technology Solutions; as Co-Founder, Co-Chairman, and Co-President of AmeriData Technologies, Inc.; and as President of SBC Technologies, Inc. Jerry is a member of the Bar of New York and Massachusetts. He received a BS from the University of Connecticut and a JD from Boston University.
